   When I dial an unknown outgoing number Truecaller only comes back with the name of who I am calling and never gives me an address. Since I am on the Sprint Network I look up missed calls by returning them; however, I need to use a call confirm program so the call doesn’t go through before Truecaller can come back with a name.

   Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

   Hi, I have a Nexus S with android 4.0
   I installed True Caller, and when launching the app and pressing the “next button I get the following error:
   “TrueCaller: Internet connection error, please control if you have an internet connection”
   I tried to uninstall and re-install the application several times.

   I installed Truecaller on my SGS2 handset, it worked well for some days but now I am not getting calling party details for any incoming calls. It gives some “control internet connection” error. I am using 2G/EDGE network of Vodafone in India. Help….

   Hi Parag,
   you need 3G or wifi connection to get the information during incoming calls.

   hello i have installed the app on sgs2 android i used it for only 2 hours and after it said to me that trueCaller: Internet connection error, please control if you have an internet connection and i’m using wifi connection please fix it admin and nice work i really love it from the first minute but now i’m sad it didn’t work anymore :s

    There is a bug on android that when we launch the app or search it show that there is no connection and I’m connected to a wifi network and over 3g why its not working it works for 1 hour a day or less and stops! Please fix it!

    hi,
    i have installed the app ( v 2.75 )on my samsung galaxy s2, but when i’m trying to search for a number, i get in the searsh result that i have a “name available” but i cannot access to it and see the name.

    I have installed this app in my htc wildfire.
    On search sometime it shows ‘name available’ and sometime it shows no match found.. i have re-enabled enhanced search settings but the same problem occuring.

    Hi, i did what you told me: i disable the “Enhanced Search” and re-enable it, but same problem,
    i removed the application and reinstall it also same problem.
    is there any way (e-mail) where i can send you in private a snapshot of my problem , the IP adress, the register ID ? i dont want to publish it here

    am an android user and am wondering why we don’t have a true caller like i-phone and ovi store. our true caller version is only when the strange number calls us.
    while their true caller is that u can enter a number and it gives u back the info.
