I have applied through fraud ad of American express card it will show red card of American express . I have filled detail then I have recieve call you can clearly figure out through ascent it is fraud call. they were asking credit card details which I am using

I didn't answer the call obviously but earlier out of nowhere a suspicious number just dial me, my phone dial is from the Philippines and I'm confused how they got my number. could this number come from an actual person or might be some scam company?
