3.2 lacs fraud by reward360 and Amex. no resolution even after 2 weeks

received a message from #Mahanagar Gas that bill is pending, despite saying no. I ended up losing 3.2 lacs on #reward360 a designated platform for frauds immediately asked #Amex card to block the card. Call was kept on hold for 5 minutes and card was blocked only after #4 fraudulent Transaction of #3.2 lacs. cyber cell lodges the complaint, however, no resolution even after 2 weeks pls refer my post on X and support so others can be prevented from falling into the prey thanks
