  My brother was scammed from his Facebook account Rs *** & *** on 2nd September 26, at *** noon. Same day Complaint was lodged with Cyber Crime Police Station Hari Nagar New Delhi at *** pm. Efficient Cyber Crime Police, recovered the entire amount, and the amount was credited back to his savings account with the Nationalised Bank on 17th September 26. its really efforts of Cyber Crime, and a pure miracle I should say. without filing any petion in the court and submitting any required documents, amount was credited. My question to Cyber Crime, as well to legal fraternity, why double standards. Procedure must be one for all. Same set rules must apply to everyone from whose Account, NEFT, RTGS & UPI or Credit/Debit card or any line transaction the money if siphoned off should go through same system and procedure while refund of money if recovered. Kindly revist the Laws and make it more reasonable and easy.

  it's not a scheme it's a scammer who will copy paste other banking messages and edit it and send it to your number check thoroughly you can see a bank account that never yours or instead of bank account they typed your number and also in message if you saw that in the messages a spelling mistake is there or capital letters will be small . compare with your original bank account message. you can find out.

  A game scam. I tried this game and spent 5000, but I was only able to withdraw 200 rupees twice. They gave me that, but when I tried to withdraw 20,000, they said to wait 24 hours. The next day, my 20,000 became zero, and the bank linked to the game was completely hacked. I lost 5500 rupees, the rest were refunded. The bank people said the game is illegal and if you play it, you will be arrested.

  yes, it's a scam. I also received same message. they ask to click on a link. once you click on any link, suspicious malware get installed into your device and the scammer will receive all your bank details and they will take all your money. so, dont click on any suspicious link.
