💔 A Difficult Experience I Never Expected as a Fresher

I usually don’t write posts like this, but sometimes sharing your experience is important—not to create hate, but to make sure someone else doesn’t go through the same thing. As a fresher, getting your first opportunity means a lot. You enter a company with hope, excitement, and the belief that your hard work will finally help you build your career. Please don't blindly trust verbal promises about salary, hikes, probation, incentives, or future opportunities. Read the offer letter carefully and keep written proof of every important commitment. I genuinely hope companies understand that freshers aren't just numbers or inexpensive manpower. We are people trying to build our first step in our careers.
