Amazon delivery scam

yesterday one guy Vivek Yadav came and delivered my parcel from Amazon. even though it was already paid for he demanded payment and went away after I paid on gpay. later I realised that the payment was to his personal account not Amazon. he even assured me if I had already paid my amount would be refunded by Amazon. after 4 hours I rechecked Amazon app on my order status to see that item has been delayed to another date. whereas it was already delivered to me . I immediately realised the scam . either the Amazon delivery guy Vivek Yadav has gone rogue or the parcels have been stolen by him. sadly the Amazon app has no direct contact or communication link anywhere to report such events. can't understand why such a reputed organisation wants to remain in hiding from genuine customers.
