Amount Auto debited from my account while on charging

I am facing a fraud issue here because whenever I try to collect some money in my account someone the name of vendopus came and try to stole my account money lot of time. But every time I just cancel or do something and aware all time but since 1 month it's stopped.Then I think now the problem is gone but today when my phone chargeing the notification came once again and I lost my 14500 rs something i swaer i am going to buy a new phone today but these happens now I am to depressed sir. How did they stole through notification. While charging time or is it my phone hacked or something.
