anyone notice more spam calls today

  Yes, spam calls all day, extremely annoying because I am currently waiting for a few very important call, these spam calls are an interruption for the calls I need to answer. I can't ever tell who is calling, it's always likely a business, and interrupts my productivity all day. Why can't I just block them from the beginning? I don't know what to do at this point.
