scam

Hello, I had a bad experience today with an online sales page called YourShop. I ordered a tonfo5 device from them, just like in the article and the video they posted. But they sent me a different item without a touchscreen, and the phone doesn't work. They don't respond to messages, and I got stuck with them. I want to avoid ordering from them again so they don't contact me. Later, they told me they have two versions: the first with a touchscreen for 119 DT and the other without a touchscreen for 69 DT. They refused to exchange the item and blocked me. I consider their advertisement misleading. This page is a scam, and they even created a phone number to ask for money but don't answer calls. The page is called YourShop.
