he tells that online pay of 10k and wants to repay and pay sends by a fake message then I understand and report scam but you have to to take a serious response on that type and really caught a scammer

In the Pay for You app, when we add 999 to recharge mobile and do the recharge, 100/- or 200/- rupees are deducted from the remaining amount. This Pay for You recharge app scams by tempting with a 3.5% commission. It is completely fraudulent.
