Awareness and some new methods of scamming .
Please anyone who go to any Mobile Money agent to withdraw money, please first try to know his/her company name (The Name on his Sim). Someone will asked why I'm I saying that and I'm saying that because, someone nearly scammed me today.. I went to withdraw money, I mentioned my number and the amount I'm withdrawing, with a few minute and I saw the approved message my phone screen and the amount I'm withdrawing is not the same, I asked the Mobile Money Agent and he too is saying, he hasn't even started the process yet... So the thing makes me strange and I mentioned the Name and he said, is not his name and from confirmation too , is true it's not his name... So who could that person be...

They put you on secret recording so as you're mentioning your numbers another person is hearing it and initiating withdrawal process . They will wait and pretend network is bad do that the scamer on the other side listening you on secret recording can complete the withdrawal process . If you're not smart enough they will take your money in their professional way ... My advice : always don't be quick to mention your numbers if the MoMo vender is not ready to type your number in his/her agent phone . Sometimes they Will ask you to mention your number and initiate withdrawal while they're already attending to another customer . Don't do that , because that is the time those scamers are able to initiate secret withdrawal on your account to withdraw your money . Stay aker5abd stay safe

Please always try to verify or asked for the Agent name before you dial your pin.. If not, you will be scammed
