  I am aware that the company Resuelva and Claro have not been working together for at least a year, so everything points to it being a scam.

  I also received that message, I called Claro and everything was fine but they couldn't give me a discharge letter because theoretically I do owe something. In the end, the best thing is to go to a branch.
