  Going by the message, as it has no links or asking to reply, it seems authentic and not a scam, specially, when it is asking to visit the nearest HDFC Bank. It is either a marketing scheme to attract the customer to the nearest HDFC branch or maybe the previous owner of your SIM card phone number had that HDFC account, which is laying dormant and hence the messages. Just saying, it can be a possibility.

  Message looks genuine. There is no redirect link or phone number. Asking you to visit bank. Maybe your contact number has a bank account associated with HDFC. You should visit HDFC and clarify. And tell them to delete from their records.
