BANK NEGLIGENCE

1 Lac (20,000[PHONE],000) fraudulently deducted on 25-5-26 from my Kotak Mahindra Bank account. Day after my mobile snatch, I went to Kotak Bank Branch (Sec.2 IMT MANESAR), with purpose to block it. But, Branch official said, since your amount is duely exist, no other mobile no. is registered, your mobile number is working now ( another sim taken) so don't worry. So, I came out the branch. Within 10 min. again went Branch as my mobile not showing G-pay app. They advised me to download again. A casual approach. Within 30 minutes my account khali. Neither Bank confirmed from me about these transactions, nor any message after deducting 1Lac. It came to know next day, when I want to operate my account. This is a clearly NEGLIGENCE of Bank and it's Staff. Instead guiding me properly, they took casual approach. Though cyber FIR registered, but.. still no result.
