Beware 🚨Amazon Hidden Scam 🚨🚨
Here's amazon hidden scam. I ordered a mattress from Amazon for ₹8,399 + ₹5 Marketplace Fee, so I paid a total of ₹8,404 using my card. The seller delivered the wrong (smaller) size mattress. I requested a refund, but I received only ₹8,399. The ₹5 Marketplace Fee was not refunded. When I contacted customer support, they said the ₹5 was a "seller warehouse/marketplace fee." I asked them a simple question: If this had been a Cash on Delivery order and I had refused the wrong delivery on the spot, how would you have deducted this fee? They had no clear answer—only repeated apologies. This may seem like just ₹5, but the issue isn't the amount. It's about how the system works. Most customers probably never notice these small deductions. If this happens across thousands of orders, it adds up. My takeaway: Always check your refund amount carefully. If possible, avoid prepaid orders when buying from third-party sellers until you are confident about their service.

It's not a scam. This marketplace fee can be avoided if you pay from Amazon Pay Wallet. No extra charges. This just a trick to make Amazon users try out Amazon Wallet. Not a scam. Using Pay Wallet is nothing out of the world.
