⚠️ My Experience with Vaku Luxos This has happened to me twice. On both occasions, I placed an order after seeing a promotional offer, my payment was successfully deducted, but later the order was cancelled. Even after the cancellation, I did not receive my refund. I have already contacted the merchant and raised complaints through Google Pay/UPI, but the issue is still unresolved. I am sharing my personal experience to make other customers aware. Please be careful before placing an order and always check recent customer reviews. If anyone else has experienced the same issue, please share your experience in the comments.
