Beware from fraud calls

I was a suspect for online scam on 31st august i received a call from Ptcl number aur told me that i m from bank representative & he knows my name NIC address & told me your account reauired a verification i ask why so he told me u have a suspect transaction thats why u verified your account i said ok what can i do he told me u have received a code tell me unfortunately i told & few seconds later i received a message from my eqsypaisa account that 3750 had been deducted from your account i launched a complain but unfortunately easypaisa & FIA are helpless to stop cyber crime
