Boomdeal Scam: Fake Delivery Claims and Refund Refusal after 1 Month

I ordered a JioTag from Boomdeal (NBothers Enterprises) on September 6, 2026, for Rs 599. They promised delivery within 5 days, but failed to deliver or provide proper tracking details. After 6 days of extreme delays and poor customer support (where they barely replied to my messages or calls), I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund. Instead, they delayed further, and when I raised a complaint on the NPCI portal, they falsely claimed that they dispatched the parcel and that I refused to accept it. Because of the severe delay, I had already refused the delivery. It has now been over a month, and they have neither refunded my Rs 599 nor resolved the issue.
