business fraud

I was contacted through WhatsApp regarding a business transaction. I was asked to make payment and I transferred a total amount of Rs 15000 through UPI in two transactions. After receiving the money, the person did not provide the promised service or goods and I believe I have been cheated. The suspect used WhatsApp for communication. I have attached the available WhatsApp chat screenshots and payment transaction details as supporting evidence. I request the authorities to investigate the matter, trace the beneficiary account and take necessary action for recovery of my money.
