  The thing is these scammed use the "your momo has been blocked" to scare potential victims. Every normal person after seeing such a message would want to check if it's true and that's when they get your pincode. NOTE: MTN will never block your momo because of wrong transaction...they only block access to the money that was mistakenly sent into your momo(that's if a wrong transaction was truly done) Never be in a rush to check anytime u see anything like "your momo has been blocked", "your momo has block"...that nonsense English they've been typing. The moment u try to check, they get your pincode. If anyone tries it, just end the call and block🚫 the number immediately. DO NOT TRY TO CHECK YOUR MOMO OR DO ANY TRANSACTION FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS

  It is a scam or a fraud call. Nowadays, we must think very deep to identify them and also hang up the call. Please, let us know this: When you notice a scammer's number report it to MTN so that number can no longer call others to scam them. Thank you.
