Seeing an advertisement in youtube by 'KollarClub' about cotton shirts, I ordered for three selected shirts, in size 'large', and prepaid for the shirts a sum of about Rs.720. After 10 days I received shirts which were different in color, prints, and size than I ordered. I sent several messages and emails for replacement/ return, which went unanswered. So please customers be very careful about buying from ,'KOLLAR CLUB'.

Grammar-wise: both can be correct, but “seeing an advertisement” fits this sentence better. Difference: Seeing an advertisement = you came across the ad / it appeared and you noticed it. Example: Seeing an advertisement on YouTube, I ordered three shirts. Watching an advertisement = you actually watched the ad/video more deliberately, like a video ad from start to finish. Example: After watching an advertisement on YouTube, I ordered three shirts
