Cigarette Company promotion from Chaudary Group

So one of the promoters/salesperson from Chaudary Group cigarette Company was promoting their cigarette brand Camel and he gave us one to try and tell the experience on how it tasted. So we tried and gave our review. And then he asked for our name and phone number so we gave without thinking much and i received an otp just in my phone number (Wasn't for banks,email, social media or anything) just gave my number and received an OTP and he asked to share it so i shared it and he said nothing will happen this is just for confirmation and registration that you tried our cigarettes. So I've been worried if my number has been registered into something shady or he has access to my phone or anything. is there any potential that my privacy is at risk and they registered my number for something shady or anything? I'll post the otp image. Can anyone tell me is my device safe or has been compromised?
