CISF cycle sale fraud

I contacted the person to buy the cycle. He told that I am working at Bangalore airport as CISF executive his voice was also like same and Jai Hind while greeting made me fool.He told that now I am transferring from here so I want sale my all house hold things.. For buying cycle I paid advance 500/-. Next day he asked me to share location as cycle dispatched then he told me I am at your location how much time will take that you can come and collect the cycle. I told 15mins. He told can you pay the 3000/- that I am waiting for you here and I have to pay someone amount. Foolishness I paid the amount. thereafter he started telling why didnt asked me the number in which you have to send, started arguing and did switched off the phone.
