Complain to the MCA portal and email address. File a a suit under the check bounce NI Act and contract act as well. And complain to IRDAI for the ponzi scheme along with SEBI.

Cheque Bounce is serious offence. Go to police station and they will start searching them because it will be an FIR not a regular cognizable offence
