DownloadClaro - Hidden NumberClaro - Número Oculto
I have been receiving calls from a hidden number for days. Since I was expecting a delivery, I finally answered today thinking it might be them. They supposedly called from Claro to ask about the quality of the service and started asking me to confirm if my email was correct. It seemed strange to me, and the response was "I already know your email is such and such." I asked what the purpose of the call was, and they started talking about the Claro app. Finally, they asked me to confirm the last 4 digits of my ID card. That was the last straw, and I hung up. I did not give any additional information beyond what they clearly already have, I did not provide codes, click on links, or anything like that, but it did seem VERY strange to me. Has this happened to you?Me han estado llamando de un Número Oculto desde hace días, como estoy esperando un pedido, contesté finalmente hoy pensando que podrían ser ellos. Me llamaron supuestamente de Claro a preguntar por la calidad del servicio e iniciaron a que yo confirmara si el correo era correcto. Me pareció raro y la respuesta fue "ya sé que su correo es tal" le dije que cuál era la finalidad de la llamada, me empezó a hablar de la aplicación de Claro y finalmente me dijo algo como que le confirmara los 4 últimos dígitos de la cédula, esa fue la tapa y colgué. No di datos adicionales a los que claramente ya tienen, no di códigos, click en enlaces ni nada de esto, pero si me pareció MUY extraño. Les ha pasado?
