completely hacked

is it possible for my phone to have all fake Apps and my number be attached to so eone elaes phone so they're getting all of my verification codes and text and phone calls cuz a few times I've called somebody and when I called him it answered but the voicemail was playing in the background like he answered but it also went to voicemail almost like at the same time feeling like your voicemail with clean over him saying hello hello and it just didn't make any sense. and almost pretty much every Bank app that I have every time I log in it'll automatically say you need to update this app before you can use it anymore and it just won't let me in especially Dave, I also think that my last few paychecks have been going to somebody else and they're getting most of my paychecks like half of it and I can't get a hold of HR to try to see what my paychecks were and I don't even think the ADP app is real this is nuts and when I call customer service right when the person will come online my phone will hang up every time I'll try to use the chat feature to try to talk to him and it'll say that their chat is down even though right after it says that and I asked out of it the chat will come up but the person that I'm talking to never helps me at all and just it's just so wild I called Huntington bank and told him my account was compromised and they said they were closing my account now and two days later I'm still getting my text messages saying that my bank account is at blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah I don't know what to do someone please help my phone number is [PHONE] somebody please help me
