Beware of collection scam.

Be very careful with debt collection agencies, they are scammers. They buy the debt cheaply and then charge the debtor double. But they take a risk because if the debtor doesn't pay, things get really bad. They have already lost. And according to the law, it is prohibited for someone else to collect the debt instead of the place where the debt was originally left, and there is no prison for debt.
