Defective headphones Noise clutch HP-P01

I ordered newly launched Noise cluth HP-P01 headphones for 5999rs. Recieved defective headphones and they refused to return and refund the amount. Recieving messages from them to troubleshoot the product but I explained them that it is a defective piece but they closed the support ticket without replacing or refunding my amount. i bought it from their official website. Don't trust Noise and never buy costly products from them They don't handle support queries
