Dental equipments scam

I searched online for dental venkys suction...then i got a call from a person from chennai. ..stating that he will supply my needed apparatus original one... we paid money to his company account then he sent duplicate suction apparatus. .from past 10 months we are trying to reach him...through whatsapp but all the time he will tell that he will be coming in next couple of days to our location and settle the problem. actually the problem is suction apparatus not working ..it worked only for 2 days..
