  it's because the "free trial" is actually to get you simply enrolled for an Autopay every month. just go to Phonepe/Gpay or whichever app you've used in order to pay that 1 rupee and get enrolled for the product/service. then search for "Autopay" by typing manually in the searchbox. once you click on it from the drop-down list, you'll get to see the ones you've enrolled for. simply delete it from there if you don't want to continue, and your Autopay will be cancelled. ***. if you've done via card, then you can check in the official banking app, or even get in touch with their customer support or helpdesk to assist you. hope this helps. have a nice day! 🙂☕
