Don't use loaning apps

Is this a scam? Since the day the person started to text me, I've been getting text messages from loaning apps saying I borrowed money.I never did, so I'm really confused.The thing is, I don't even use that currency, so I'm really suspicious.

i think this is a scam b/c the real "Sheger Fm" account with the number 830 is a notification msg sender in Ethiopia for the web platform "***" where you subscribe and buy coins to play games and win lottery tickets and it has nothing to do with loan services.
