Shopkeeper fraud

Hello friends, I have been troubled for about 4 months. I receive calls every day. It was supposed to be 1999 rupees per month for 12 months. I paid 6500 rupees initially, then paid 1999 rupees for 10 months. Even after that, my mobile phone is locked for 30 days, and now I get calls every month saying that I still owe 14,999 rupees.
