  Something similar happened to me. Only that I was called directly from the Banco de Bogotá service line about an alleged purchase attempt, and they asked me to enter the password. I hung up immediately, called the service line myself, froze the account, and set the limits to the minimum in the app. After this alert, the bank secured my account, and I had to go to a branch to change my card and passwords.
