  Crédito 365 are usurers. I paid them three times the loan they gave me in payment extensions because, for example, I asked them for $9,000 and they were charging me $18,000 for the amount. I have everything recorded. I sent it to some lawyers and we are preparing a lawsuit. They tell me that although it is reported as a legal company in Mexico, their collection methods are extremely aggressive. If you can, take photos and screenshots of everything and go file a complaint with Profeco because this little company is supposedly regulated by them. They are the only ones who can stop them. But don't worry, delete, block, and they won't call anyone. They are just doing it to bother you. But if you can take screenshots of everything without them noticing so you can use it as evidence for the lawsuit.

  Unfortunately, they won't stop bothering you, nor your contacts. The only thing left is to ask your contacts and friends to block any numbers from which they receive calls trying to extort them using your information, because if you pay them, they will charge you again saying it wasn't enough, and it's an endless cycle. The only way is to block them and wait for it to really pass. What happened here is that you entered your information and unfortunately they already have it and won't stop.

  I suggest you go to CONDUSEF and REPORT the numbers; the cyber police can help. DON'T IGNORE IT BECAUSE LATER THEY WILL CALL YOU PRETENDING TO BE FROM A LAW FIRM AND THEY WILL WANT TO CHARGE YOU $5000. GO TO CONDUSEF

  This happened to me too but with Tuna Cash, and now they won't stop bothering me. They send me my photo and threaten me, saying they supposedly lent me 250.
