Municipal scam.

This morning, 16/9/2026, I received a call from a scammer who pretended to be a municipal lawyer. He had information about my property and told me that I had to make a sworn statement. Then, he sent me an email and asked me to read aloud the statement, codes, and articles, apparently to record them and use them to try to access my email. Later, he sent another email with a link which, fortunately, I did not click. When he realized I had not fallen for the scam, he got angry and threatened me with penalties related to the statement and with supposed charges of higher new municipal taxes. The logo he had after calling me appears to be from Lafise bank. I share this information to warn others and prevent them from becoming victims of this type of fraud.
