I saw a post about translators, they were offering good pay. They send you the text to translate, give you a certain time for delivery. Once you deliver the project, they confirm receipt and give you an alternate account to manage the payment. That's when they ask you for a payment to "unlock" the international transaction or, in the case of Colombia, the 4 per thousand tax.Vi una publicación sobre traductores, ofrecían buen pago. Te envían el texto a traducir, te dan cierto tiempo para la entrega. Una vez haces la entrega del proyecto, te confirman el recibido y te dan una cuenta alterna para hacerla gestión de pago. Es ahí cuando te piden un pago para "desbloquear" la transacción internacional o e el caso de Colombia, el impuesto del 4 x mil.

You have to tell them from which country they will send the money, as I have a bank account in that country at bank X.

You should only work on verified remote work platforms and must have a contract first. Any work without a contract, that asks for money to start working and demands quick work, is a scam.

This is a very well-known scam, and everyone offering PDF translation is a scam. Also, it's always from an African number or via Telegram; everything on Telegram is a scam.
