scammers pretending to be Puppy Planet

It all started in January when my family wanted a Cocker Spaniel. I am from Ecuador and my father found the veterinary clinic Puppy Planeta in Ambato. We asked about puppies and they even offered us photos and videos. We paid 60 dollars, even though they were asking for more and insisted. The day we went to pick up the dog, which they said they would give us, they were not there. We waited for more than 2 hours. When we called the number, they started saying the dog was on its way. Then we noticed another number on the gate of the veterinary clinic and called it. They started telling us that those were scammers who have been doing this for more than 4 years. Even a worker from there came and explained it to us.
