Daily Promotional Calls Are Becoming Annoying

I receive promotional calls every single day, often multiple times a day. Even after blocking the numbers, new ones keep calling. It's becoming frustrating and disruptive. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue? There should be stronger measures

This lady called my number and said she was a representative from Atome. She spoke English, but it was hard to understand. I thought she was going to remind me of my loan, but as a user and a good payer, they don't do that. I was speaking in Filipino
