Fake Airtel Payments Bank KYC Scam Alert

Hi everyone, I want to share a new scam trend I noticed. I got a message from a number showing as " Airtel Payments Bank" (Business account, joined in April 2025). The message says: "KYC Status Update - KYC verification for your application ending with XXXX2490 is pending." I do not have any such application. This looks like a fake KYC scam to scare users and make them click a link or share OTP/bank details. Please be aware: 1. Do not click any link in such messages 2. Do not share OTP, Aadhaar, or bank details 3. Always verify only through the official Airtel Payments Bank app or website
