FlexiBee Fake Loan Issue

Received a call from Flexibee Loan executive who said they will verify my bank account to which I denied but they credited 12,680 Rupees to my account and I returned them back the same amount immediately but their app showed that the loan is taken under my name and need to pay 16000. I reported to their official email id and received their response that this was a fake issue and they will report it to their concerned investigation team.
