FlextyWork Resume Entry/ Data Entry Internship

I got a call from FlexyWork for a work-from-home resume entry job. They told me I would get ₹60 per resume and could earn even more based on performance. The target was minimum 300 resumes and maximum 700 resumes within 6 days. Before joining, I tried researching the company but could barely find any proper information online. My Samsung security system flagged the number as spam/suspicious, and WhatsApp also showed a warning message before chatting with them. Despite that, I decided to give it a try. After completing some work, I messaged them and was asked to send my dashboard ID and password so that a senior could review my work. The next day, another lady called me and said I had made many mistakes and that my payment depended on "accuracy". I was never properly informed about this before starting the work. Then I was told about a "typer partnership" where another person would help complete my work and improve accuracy, but I would have to pay for that person. When I asked why I should pay, I was told that this would help me complete the target on time. The same caller's number was showing as "Omron Services" on Truecaller and WhatsApp, not FlexyWork. I was also told that the first task was free, but future tasks would require fees before they could be assigned. That was the biggest red flag for me. A genuine employer pays workers for completing tasks. Workers should not have to pay money to receive more work. After this conversation, I researched further and found many similar complaints online about resume entry/data entry scams involving accuracy deductions, fees, penalties, and payment issues. Please do your own research before joining. Never pay money for work opportunities, and be cautious if you see similar patterns.
