This to me looks like a scam, and I would avoid it. FNB does not have a FICA "server", so this is the first red flag. Secondly, FNB would not threaten to "lock" your account. But, after saying this, and for peace of mind, I suggest you contact FNB's customer service centre and enquire about your FICA status.
