fraud

on 17th oct a lady acting as Amazon agent tracked my Kent RO purchase on Amazon website....she told me that my consignment was at her disposal so if I send its price then a delivery boy would come to my house to dispatch & refund my money....actually I did my purchase by online giving its price but the lady gave assurance that I would get refund money if I send money through phone pay for which she sent her QR code through what's up....I gave money then she told again to give money twice as I had to add 1 rupee more so total I gave 33998 for actual price of Kent was 16448...so please take action if possible
