Fraud at Vijay Sales Stores

I visited Vijay Sales store to check some AC models. An employee approached me and showed some AC models and suggested me to purchase Daikin AC. He also offered me an employee discount if I purchased through him. After I left the store, he kept calling me for 2 days and offered me the employee discount again suggesting that its the last day of the offer. i made the payment online. Been over a month since I made the payment but I have not received the AC. He kept giving me various reasons for the delay. Initially he suggested me to wait for a week as a new 2026 model will be launched. A week later he mentioned there will be further delay as my AC got delivered to someone else. The week after he mentioned my external unit broke during transit and has to be replaced.. So every week some excuses he kept giving.. I have asked him to return my amount but he has not. so right now I don't have an AC and neither did I get my money back. I lodged a complaint at the Store, but the only action the manager took was to remove him from the store. Manager is stating he is just a promoter of some AC brands and working in the store and not officially employed with Vijaya Sales. Vijay Sales is indirectly promoting these fraud activities be careful.
