fraud by hacker in name of IGLaccount

I faced a scam in name of igl payment.Hacker gave lonk to pay 7 rs only to upgrade the igl account.we put details after the 30 mins one message came that rs 1 lac debited to pay a fraud company.after that so many otp messages we received and amount deducted.finally no money in account.it was just the scene that we could not understand and control.he hacked my phone and make clone of it still it is hacked.he make copy of I mobile app and paid amount to fraud company fromy account.we were tolly helpless.no support from bank and others .stil hacker Wait for new update from my end he knows all our activities
