Fraud Loan Apps

Why does nobody is able find the solution for Chinese 7 day loan app and recovery agent harrasment. how come google is allowing this apps in their store. I would like to add few loan apps who does this and I would request you to please aviod taking loan from this apps 1. flot loan - they call you before due date and harrash. 2.Creditsea - if you don't pay someone will call as advocate and try to harrash you. 3. All the payday loans have same behavior. please reply me so and ask about the apps I will give youfulld steps how they harrash you if you don't pay the due
