Fraud Messages on Truecaller

I usually recieve many messages of how I recieved 13k or else but when I check those messages for reporting then they are disappeared. In the app I can't see any messages I check spam but couldn't find those they only see on notification on upward . And also someone has taken loan by my account and paid but it's an serious act of identity theft but I can't do anything. I am nowadays worried about what happen if someone does any crime by my account in that case I have no proof of my innocence and someone else is enjoying... What should I do?? And if you have idea then please describe it ..... I would be very thankful if someone help me
