fraud on behalf of Tata Power electricity board

FYI- FRAUD CALL ------------------------------ I received a fraud call from mobile number 2874024674 on behalf of Tata power regarding that I have applied for name change, which was correct. He told me that the department has sent a link on WhatsApp for a new CA number please install the same on your mobile. This was one apk file, after refusing from my side he told me in a very irritating mood that he was cancelling my request. After investigation I found that this was a fraud call
