Fraud transaction I lose 105592.44 amount from my credit card
Somebody call me from bank and ask to disable the crad Protection plan on my icici credit card. I told don't how to disable that. So the caller guide me to disabled the card protection plan she told to. Download imobile lite from icici Apk file. I downloaded and enter my card details. After she told the otp will come sir but I didn't receive any otp and I got a doubt and cut the call. After I completed my lunch and slept for sometime. At 5:41pm I got a message the 105592.44 spent on Reliance Digital. I am in shock and I call to customer care and I told the fraud transaction is happened to my credit card and they raise a Service request for investigate and also call to cyber cell department they also took the details and after day they opened and sent the acknowledgement.
