Fraud through the CLEAN Up app from PlaystoreFraude a través de aplicación CLEAN Up de Playstore c
I downloaded the app convinced by the 7-day free trial, used it for 1 hour to realize it was a scam because it deleted photos from the gallery but not from memory, so I uninstalled it. Without subscribing or agreeing to do so, I received charges of 33,500 monthly on my phone bill. I paid the first charge while filing a claim with Google. I have just received 2 more charges for the same amount. Google responds that only their apps have payment references starting with a 'g', and these do not meet that requirement. In the images I sent, the text message received on October 1st claims the app is from Google. I know I'm not the first victim, and if you look at the Clean Up ads, they don't allow comments—why is that? And in the app's comments, you can no longer comment, yet many comments express the same experience as mine.
